I love Best Buy warranties because they are great whether it’s for an appliance, flat screen TV, or computers. I have purchased these items and warranties over many years.

I purchased this 5-Year Standard Geek -Squad Protection to go with my newly purchased LG fridg.

We love the fridge but realized it does not have enough storage. We actually had to purchase some storage containers which do work really well… otherwise we do love the fridge

It is spacious, nice size compartments, but no outside ice dispenser. Other than that, i highly recommend it.

It’s sometimes hard to figure out stuff on your own, they help a lot and always have answers you need

I have not us3d the protection plan as of yet but the geek squad has been very helpful with setting up my printer to the new MacBook I just purchased. They very very understanding and helpful with every question and we were successful in getting my laser printer to function.

Love how easy to clean and spacious shelfs. Only rhing i dont like is the slow ice dispenser and small capacity. Keeps food cold and plenty of room

Bought a refrigerator and it was leaking after install.I called Geeksquad And made appointment but had to wait 2 weeks. I thought it should have been faster. They came out day of appointments and fixed fridge real quick. Very happy with the repair job that they did.i would recommend Geeksquad but they should hire more employees to cut down on the wait time.

I haven’t used the warranty or this service, but staff is always helpful and courteous.

Had a refrigerator with manufacturing defects. Fortunately, we had an extended service policy. Therefore would not purchase another refrigerator without an extended service policy Geek Squad.

The agents werr prompt, courteous, professional, efficient and on time.

I purchased my old fridge and didn't get the warranty never happening again longest 5 years of my life. Was happy with the price for the 5 years so had to protect the new family member

It’s great to have an extend warranty for a piece of mind. The only two things I didn’t like about the warranty is, a three year warranty runs concurrently with the manufacturer warranty which means you pay for 3 years but actually get two years. The other thing is if you have an issue within that first year Geek Squad will directly to contact the manufacturer. That’s crazy, my thoughts are why am I paying you?

hopefully I will never have to use this on my refrigerator.
