I would highly recommend get the extra protection for your higher price items.I had to use it on a friidge and it worked out great.

The agents installed my fridge. They were careful entering house and delivering the item. They have great customer service and answering my questions.

Hopefully we don't get to use this insurance, but it does offer the peace of mind you have someone to call if things go bad.. Thanks

Until I receive the protection plan in writing, I cannot review it. My purchase depended on receiving a written copy. If past experience is any indicator, the plan will be great. Your Geek Squad, unlike your sales and billing departments, always exceeds my expectations.

This refrigerator is absolutely great!! I had to replace my older LG version and this one is such an upgrade. The ice cubes inside the door of the ice maker are just like the ice tray cubes. The one at the bottom is as well but bigger. I love this one! Nice upgrade LG!

Every major appliance we purchase from Best Buy we always add the additional Geek Squad Warranty for 5 years. Their services are excellent and we have never been disappointed!

Like any other insurance, it is worth it when you have to use it. It is a waste of money when you don't. One thing it, I haven't had any issues with BB "Geaksquad" warranty. I have used it a few I Times and I would get it if it isn't the same price as a replacement.

Happy to report I haven’t needed the Geek Squad as yet. Happy to know they are there to depend on.

Love this fridge so far - it is set up to easily attange shelves as needed and organize contents clearly and easily. Keeps everything at proper temps too

Delivery was good and delivery guys were friendly and haul off was good as well

The agent was extremely helpful and curious came in carrying the set up two floors and set it up programmed all the chanel's and even set up the remote then spent the time showing me how to use it

I think all major purchases should have a warranty on them. I never buy without one.

We always get a warranty when it comes to purchasing refrigerator and dishwasher

I love the Geek Squad protection plan. It covers my new fridge for anything that goes wrong for five years. If they can't fix it, they replace it. i would not consider buying a major appliance without a protection plan.

There was no problem with entering our home or maneuvering to get to the kitchen. They were great
