The geek squad took care of all my needs without hesitation very happy to have the experience with them

I picked up at store and installed it myself. Did not use Geek Squad.

The specs were perfect. The refrigerator fit exactly where I wanted it to, it looks sharp, and there is pleanty of space on both sides

My family really likes the functionality of this refrigerator. The space inside offers great storage and the side shelves provide room for larger items such as gallon milk containers.

Geek Squad protection always stands by their product

The Geek Squad protection plan seemed like a more affordable option than the TotalTech yearly plan. I haven't had anything break or need to be replaced but believe this will be a better value.

Delivered my item and explained the warranty. I know if somthing happens i will be taken care of.

always a good thing to have an extra warranty. i have that,plus they repair at my home or replace it.

Excellent freezer firmy family. I like the controls being on the outside. Set up was easy since the delivery guys unboxed it and took the boxe with them. All i had to do was add the handle and plug it .

Haven't had to use this yet, but it gives me peace of mind to know that if anything goes wrong, it's covered.

We purchased a protection plan. We do that every time we purchase an appliance because this is going to a rental house. If the tenant has a problem, they can call the Geek Squad and get it taken care of.

I always buy the protection plan. I have learned now though that you generally need to call the manufacturer the first year since Best Buy cannot help you if there is still a manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty is good but there are a few items you should red in fine print. As with my experience with broken TV, the item is taken and they can take time to repair it and you will be without the appliance for a few weeks. Bestbuy tries to sell it to you. Often unnecessary if too expensive. Take it if you must

The people have been very helpful when calling for assistance. The hold time can be a little long if you get transferred and some of the questions are repetitive, but overall it is a good value.

I purchased this policy because it was 1/2 price and was the same price I would pay to get a backup device installed in my car. So for the same money, I got the install and year of geek squad service. I saved on my Apple care too. If the price was 150 a year again I might buy it again.
