I'm finally getting around to a review after buying this last spring. I bought this for maximum easy storage for everything out of my garden and meat storage.there is plenty of extra room for prepackaged grocery store food even with the beef 1/4 and my vegetable.its so quiet you have to look and see if it's even running.its easy to keep organized and the 3 baskets are a boon for the things you tend to grab the most.i am exceptionally pleased with this freezer and the deal I got on it.why would I pay more for those name brand snob brands just for the name.insigna brand has been fabulous for me and the little bit of money it costs for the geek squad coverage I don't worry about anything going wrong.the geeks have given great service on everything I've bought at best buy so I'm confident this was a smart buy for the money.

as an owner of an old house, i do not have many choices and this fridge was perfect. I was able to get it in through the narrow hallway and place it in the kitchen. the fact that there are no handles, it helped with having a decent size fridge that does not take up a lot of space. as far as performance, it is an excellent fridge. the price is much higher than larger fridges, but with not many options, this was the best. Happy wife Happy life

I really love the size it holds a lot of food, but not so large it cant be easily stored. I would have given it 5 stars but this is my second one as the first one lasted 1 year and 2 months. They had a close out deal and i did buy the extended warranty this time. First issue with any insignia purchased appliance.

I love everything about this refrigerator. My only one wish is that the ice cabinet for the ice maker were a little larger. If you fill up 3 or 4 cups full with ice, you're done, and have to wait till it makes more. However, the drawback to that would be losing the 3 small shelves that are right behind the ice maker. I can still empty the cabinet into the provided bin in the freezer drawer to accumulate ice and turn on ice plus to speed up the process. So, I'm glad they provided that as an option. If they didn't provide that, I would probably take a star away. I do recommend this fridge.

The store needs to do a better job in regard to the store warranty coverage. Had an issue with our fridge not being level. I called and was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer because the fridge was under warranty with them. The manufacturer sent out a repair man and he told me that it was the delivery men's responsibility to level the fridge and I should have called Best Buy. Be careful buying extended warranties from Best Buy because the coverage for the fridge overlapped with the first year of coverage from the manufacturer.

I purchased the Bouch dishwasher this year and love it. So when my old fridge started to have problems I bought the matching black stainless fridge. While it was delivered promptly, the repair men did not hook up water or ice, saying that the line I needed was to long. (Ok?) When they left they left a big oil in my driveway stain from their truck (I left a message to let them know). Afterwards, I opened the handle to the Fridge door and it popped off the hinge. A new repair service was ordered weeks later. I was told the very specialisted part needed to secure the handle was never installed. He didn't have it, but told me he would request it shipped or I could go to the "hardware store" and get something as close as possible and try to do it my self. I requested the part be mailed. It has been 2 months, no part, no customer service follow up. I paid over three thousand dollars ($3000) for a fridge with detached handle.

I love my fridge. There is so much room. Its easy to control and it looks great

I bought this as an open box at Best Buy, and have had nothing but problems. The first one would overheat, etc. Whirlpool told me to unplug it. Exchanged for this one. This is the second one, but same model. It freezes all of my produce in the drawers no matter what I do. Waste of money. Although the staff tried hard to accommodate me when the first one had problems, their hands are tied from Best Buy. They can only do so much. I would never ever buy another open box or any appliance from Best Buy again. Off to shop for another fridge AGAIN. Hasn't even been a year.

Haven’t had to use it yet but glad to have the warranty
