    I honestly wouldn’t recommend it doesn’t cool at the temperature you set it, the middle drawer never worked since I got it for my house I have had 3 repair people come to fix and nothing is resolved, I had multiple issues with it and it hasn’t even been a year since I bought it.

    Order the fridge and i only had it 2 weeks reason i rate it so bad was fridge great but service was terrible i had the ice maker delivered 2 times and ice maker finally got install correctly on the 3 time before they knew how to install it

    The fridge we just brought was blowing hot air. I tried for two days to get through on the toll free number and couldn’t. I went to the store and they said it was nothing they could do. I ended up returning the fridge because I could not get help.

    It took so long to make a repair appointment

    I needed to repair the compressor for my fridge and they took 3 weeks to give me a date to come repair it,I ended up exchanging it for another one because I couldn’t wait for the repair any longer

    Not worth it. They do not try to help at all. They dont car to help i have had bad experience with more than one item forst a washer now the frdge. They try anyrhing just to not reapir your items. My fridge now when i got had a crack in it. I contacted geek squad they did not care. If this is fixed i will up to 4 starts maybe 5 depending on the fix.

    Geek Squad would not come out to service. They advised we had to call LG Service Direct. So the 3-Year Standard GS Protection was a waste of money

    This is not first time I get fridge with warranty even the most expensive one and couple of months of warranty expires the fridge breaks and stops to work, this expensive fridge stopped working.

    7 days exactly after my warranty expired the freezer handle broke off. So now I have a broken freezer and wasted my money on the geek squad because I was misinformed. I was td it would pick up after the 1 year warranty it came with so it wouldn't expired til next year. I was lied too.

    Still waiting for refund !

    I purchased the protection plan but when they delivered my appliance I cancled the Geek Squad Protection plan because GE offered a 5 year protection plan for less. I've called BB several times after first being told the refurnd would take 5-7 days. Its been almost 20 days thus far. Will possibly have to call my CC company if my refund doesn't show up within the next few days!

    Water DAMAGE and failure to respond.

    Even though they call it a "5 year Standard Geek Squad Protection", it doesn't actually provide protection. It lacks support in year 1, because they say you must go to the manufacturer for that. When the manufacture fails to repair the product and you inform Geek Squad the product has caused water damage, BestBuy still doesn't care.

    6th failed attempt to fix ice maker. 3 times ordered wrong part. Repair guy left part without installing and was rude. It’s been month and half since initial request. Summer gone + have to be take off from work time to be present for all the visits.

    Do not buy this plan for an appliance. Buy something through the appliance manufacturer. Best Buy will simply refer you to the manufacturer and provide zero customer support. This is a worthless plan.

    I bought the appliance warranty through geek squad. They are not willing to assist or address issues. Response times have been long and customer service is lack luster. If you find another service to warranty your purchase, do it.

    Doesn't cover anything. They will try to say you have a 5-year warranty with LG and LG will say that is only a cooling system warranty. But the warranty purchased through the geek squad is useless.

    This thing is worthless. My handle broke just opening it. The door was always hard to open. Filed a claim was told that this was not covered. So spent an extra 100 buck for nothing.

    I purchased extended protection on my refrigerator now they refused to service it, claiming whirlpool needs to fix it. I am very sick of this will be reporting my case to the BBB.
