We have the extended warranty on our LG refrigerator. Unfortunately, we have had problems while the appliance was still under factory warranty. The LG them has completed repairs 3 times and the issues are not resolved. At this point, the Geek Squad warranty is taking effect and we will see what happens next. I will try to update this review after our appointment tomorrow.

The printer is awesome, I had trouble with the ink dispensing and when I try printing pages, they were blank. After calling Epson and talking to a technician, the ink finally dispensed.

Haven't had to use it yet. Hopefully I wont have to but you can't beat the benefits you get with it.

I’m very happy that they do take care of the product pass the manufacturer warranty.

Geek squad protection plans have always been great for us in the past. No problems getting something exchanged/fixed.

one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. installer tried to remove water line from refrigerator before shutting the water off, then told me I needed a plumber to install because a pipe was leaking. I highly recommend making the purchase protection plan for you never know when a product will go bad. This plan was so important to me when my refrigerator starting having ice maker problems. Went through 3 efforts to get it fixed and nothing worked. Through the Protection Plan I was able to get a new refrigerator with maximum protection on cost of new refrigerator, plus protection under Geek Squad service. I highly recommend these plans when making a high dollar purchase.

I purchased the Geek Squad 5 year warranty for my Samsung side by side refrigerator because I have purchased both a computer and a Samsung TV from Best Buy in the past and purchased the extended warranty on both items. It was a wise choice because my TV had a problem and the Geek Squad got it fixed in no time at all.

They are great and super intelligent to install my 85 inch tv super quickly 100% recommended

Everyone needs a favorite store. Best Buy is ours. We have bought multiple appliances and electronics from Best Buy and have experienced a high level of expertise in dealing with the few issues we have faced. When it is broken, they know how to fix it and they do it fast.

Thankful to have this for my new refrigerator, but luckily I have not had to use it

i personally advise anyone buying a major appliance to get the geek protection plan because you never know when you will need it and having this plan can save you thousands

Love the 2 drawers and the inside water and water jug and the ice maker in the freezer it also has a easy access to the filter

It is a must to purchase a warranty for the long term expectations have greatly changed of the years and as technology changes it is becoming harder to fix your own Appliance and best buy warranties in general are Excellent when it come to customers satisfaction .

Great price and hope never to have to use the warranty not it is there of I do!!
