I normally don't buy protection plans. My last refrigerator lasted for over 20 years with no major problems. This time I did because it was cheap and comprehensive. Hope I never have to use it but you really never know. At least I don't have to worry about it now. Peace of mind is golden.

Love my refrigerator. I had been wanting a refrigerator like this one. I am very happy Citie Bank gave me the opportunity to own one. Everyone that visits and sees my refrigerator falls in love with it. Once I have pd off the refrigerator, I will try to buy a stove through Best Buy.

I haven't used mine yet, but I read through the types of options that are fixable through geek squad. Seems to cover a good amount that isn't user error.

This is a 3-year protection plan, as only two weeks have passed, I am unable to provide an accurate assessment. Seems okay, but time will tell.

I actually would have given this refrigerator 5 stars but it just didnt fit my family's needs. It is a great fridge for the price.

Have had a few issues with computers in the past but they are always helpful even if they cannot resolve the issue.

Great durable refrigerator Only cons is that u need to keep it clean easily magnet for finger prints.

Bought a refrigerator and it was leaking after install.I called Geeksquad And made appointment but had to wait 2 weeks. I thought it should have been faster. They came out day of appointments and fixed fridge real quick. Very happy with the repair job that they did.i would recommend Geeksquad but they should hire more employees to cut down on the wait time.

Installed my refrigerator. It was not easy to get it into the house. But they were willing to trouble shoot when necessary.

Have had the fridge for over two months now and has been great. Have water connected with filter and the water feature is great. Also a plus is the ice maker.

Used the Geek Squad twice for a dehumidifier. On both occasions, the service was prompt and seamless. Will definitely the service/repair warranty by Geek Squad

I have not us3d the protection plan as of yet but the geek squad has been very helpful with setting up my printer to the new MacBook I just purchased. They very very understanding and helpful with every question and we were successful in getting my laser printer to function.

Great service, I have Always gotten the geek squad and protection service on all my items I have purchased at Best Buy have nothing but the best things to say about it every time I’ve had an issue they’ve always fix it immediately and to my perfect satisfaction my recommendations is always Get their warranty as well as your geek squad

I love Best Buy warranties because they are great whether it’s for an appliance, flat screen TV, or computers. I have purchased these items and warranties over many years.
