Bought a stainless steel oven with protection plan. Hoping its not needed one day, oven works great, accuracy on temperature are great, bakes fast n thoroughly.

We purchased the three year home warranty for the Refrigerator So far we have not had to use that warranty

Incompetence and lack of efficiency and customer service skills- unable to help with simple things such as scheduling a repair appointment. No supervisor is available to talk to one and phone calls are not returned!No one was interested in helping me to have the dryer properly installed! A saga over 1 week with no resolution whatsoever! I need to pay a handyman since what I already paid for - the geek squad service - does nothing!

I purchased this refrigerator in 2019 and have placed 2 calls for repair. My first repair was done by Geek Squad on 10/20 Rep came out ordered parts. Order was complete on 10/21. Moving forward to 12/28 the ice maker making noises and not producing ice. Geek squad originally game me a date of 1/7/21 and now have moved to 1/21/21. I don’t have any faith that they will come out then. I have been out of ice maker since 12/28/20.

I was sold this service subscription and am hoping that it works as intended.
