We bought the 5 Yr. Standard Geek Squad Protection for our new Samsung refrigerator hoping that we'll never need to use it. The cost for it is very reasonable.

I had issues with my dryer but I got the protection service for 5 years and they are amazing.. Got my dryer working again

peace of mind to have an extended warranty. haven't used it yet but it nice knowing you don't have to worry about repairs.

It’s always good to have protection on any valuable item you buy, at the end you’re going to be happy and relieved when something bad happens because they will fix it or replace it for you.

We purchased this additional coverage so believe it will cover whatever repairs we need , if any!

Probably never happen, but just in case it breaks down two days after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

The usage area is very wide. It holds all the food and drinks. The cold water and ice machine works very well.

I have worked with Geek Squad before and it has always been a pleasant experience, so to me purchasing this was a no brainer.

Very happy with my purchase. Have had no problems and it works great. Fit perfect in the small space we needed it for.

Definitely worth the protection plan in the event something happens to your product. Customer service does a great job helping you through the warranty process.

For now just 4 stars since I haven't use it yet. I will do another review once I used it.

I did not hesitate to get this option as I have it on my computer I purchased from Best Buy. I have had to use it for my computer and found it to be painless and very efficient. I have no reason to believe the service will be any different for the refrigerator.

Decided to buy a three year warranty after 1st unit's ice maker was not working. Best Buy easily agreed to allow the purchase even though I did mot purchase with initial purchase.

They are trustworthy people ..they are very professional when we speak about handling all products issues

Some people say the warrantee is not worth it. It is worth it when your freezer or anything of value goes out.
