Excellent setup by the Best Buy team! I would purchase from Best Buy in the future

I bought this protection plan for my Samsung Washer and Dryer. I was told that this plan includes any type of issues as long as they are not intentional damage to the units. In my opinion, it is a plan worth buying.

These are high quality home appliances which have already shown their quality to me. The cycles seem to fit my needs and I am very happy with them. I would buy the again.

A great piece of mind to know the geek squad has my back if anything happens to my new Samsung washer.

I haven't used them but when I call the store they walk me through my problems

I haven't had to use my service protection yet but I feel so much more secure knowing that I have it on some of the most expensive appliances I've ever purchased.

I have always purchased extra warranty on major or high price items. The geek squad has always fulfilled their obligation to our extra warranty when we needed to use it. They seem to always be professional. Equipped with good advice.

Initially had some noise or the installation not done properly and had it fixed immediately. Did not use it for any other services yet.

Washer works really well. Coothes are nice and clean

Repair was scheduled adequately, and the customer service rep was great.

The washer and dryer work great and are very quiet. The ordering process was quick and easy and the delivery and installation were done very quickly and carefully.

Have not used them yet for my washer machine and hoping I don’t have to use them any time soon. But I love geek squad protection due to previous electronics and appliances.

Tech Jeff was amazing super friendly very knowledgeable . Call center people I’d rather not have to call them ever again. What should have been an easy fix took multiple calls and hours on the phone to get a resolution acceptable to me as a paying customer with a new purchase

Replaced leaking samsung. So far so good. Hope it doesn’t leak.

I would not purchase an appliance without this service. Installation and removal were very efficient. Also, a call about an issue was quickly answered and resolved by phone.

I got this geek squad protection after my 3 years old washer broke too soon. I regretted not getting one for that, it would have saved me a lot of money.

Invest in your self buy some nice things but when you do make sure to get the protections plans. Ya never know what could happen. Better to be safe then sorry.

I have not had to use this so I don’t know much about it. I hope I don’t have to use it. It’s better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it
