I paid for a 5 year warranty when I bought my washer. I submitted a claim on February 19. Someone came out on 2/24 and diagnosed the washer with 2 problems. A tech returned on March 4. That tech diagnosed the washer problem again with a new issue. Another tech returned on March 12 and then again diagnosed the washer with another issue. Another tech returned on March 17 and the washer was yet again diagnosed with a different issue. The washer has still not been repaired and I have been given the run around about getting it replaced. I would not recommend purchasing the warranty from Best buy because they do not make customers their priority. They are only after the money they make when a customer purchases the warranty.

I had a small hick-up after installation (no fault of Best Buy), I let Best Buy know and they immediately set up a time for someone to come out and take care of it for me. What a relief, glad I got the protection plan.

I had to review the product because it was broken. Geek squad was great about the return. They paid me quickly and were very helpful.

I bought 3 year protection. A must nowdays. LG only covers 1 year on labor. That 10 year motor waranty on their washers, only pays for parts not labor.

Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS
