I was told by some reps that I talked to that I would get some kind of paperwork. All I got was a receipt and no paperwork. The geek squad behind the counter told the clerk that is all I needed. I would like some kind of documents stating what is and what is not covered. Not really crazy on how the whole thing happened.

I don't buy any appliances without the 5 years Geek Squat Protection. I recommend everybody do the same.

I have used my warranty once and a technician cane out to look at my machine. No charge and he was able to diagnose the problem on the spot.

Can't go wrong here. In the old days an appliance would last your entire lifetime, now as awesome as new appliances are they are unpredictable making an extended warranty a necessity. This brings me peace of mind!

After having to use this warranty on a previous product I would recommend anyone purchasing a product to also purchase the Geek Warranty. If they can't fix it they replace it. That is very true and it happened to us.

I always trust Best Buy with the warranty with household appliances. For the price and service, it’s worth it.
