Had to call Geek Squad as there were concerning noise from the Fridge. At last found out that it is normal. Better to have this warranty instead of worrying every time we think there is an issue with the product!

I personally think the pricing is a little high. But when you’re concerned about breakdowns of an high priced appliances, you’re willing to pay the price.

I haven’t had to use the warranty yet. I really hope I don’t have to. But I’ve always had a good experience whenever I’ve had to use a geek squad warranty.

They are friendly extremely helpful. Always gets the job done. Very very intelligent people working on my computers ALWAYS! There isn’t a problem they can’t solve and I’ve had many bizzare problems.

I hate to say it but now day's you need to take out a Geek Squad protection just to protect yourself cause sometime it cost's more than the plan does.

Sure, our installation was a mess. And getting that fixed took forever. But you know what? If this thing dies and it's a mechanical issue I'd rather not have to pay to fix it. Totally recommend it.

We have used the warranty and Geek Squad on almost all products my kids use and never been disappointed. Easy. Quick. Helpful. Saves money in the long run with kids.

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection yet as my item was brand new but I wanted this extra security for the future.

For most products, we do not usually purchase extra protection plans. But as we get older the BB Geek Squad protection provides a feeling of needed confidence in both the product and the company itself.

If you want peace of mind with your purchases I will definitely recommend Geek Squad!!! I Had a couple of problems with some items before, and they fix one and gave me a new product on the other one!!! They're great!!!
