Geek squad service is always worth every penny, fast response and great service

Haven’t had to use it yet. Got it on an open box open that was going in a rental house. Didn’t want to deal with any issues

I made sure I purchased the geek squad insurance because I have 5 kids that help out with the laundry that never knows what happen when things goes wrong

i called about washer not working they sent a third party tecnician out. it was an 8 hour window wait on the day for them to come. they diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. and scheduled the repair for the following week. 4 weeks of the part not coming in and rescheduled repair appointments i had to call best buy back about the issue. they have now rescheduled me for another technician to come out with a 4 hour window to show up for repair. so im going on over a moth without a washer that i paid over $700 after the extended warranty.

I will always get the geek squad protection plan i have had zero problems with them. And customer support is great!

The agents removed my old washer and dryer and hooked up my new set with no issues. Very kind and knowledgeable.
