    I had purchase service plan on all my electronics that I purchase thru Best Buy and I love the service people. I had my TV and Refrigerator fix thru them.

    We added this in addition to the manufacturer warranty. Should be good if we need it. Not very expensive to add, especially for a washer.

    I use geek squad before on the store, there services are not that great, but depends on how much training / knowledge they have.
