I've had my washer and dryer for a year and haven't had to have any service completed, but I feel good knowing I have this if I do need it!

The delivery time was remarkable - spot on from their arrival estimate on when my Whirlpool Washer and Dryer would arrive. Very courteous and very conscientious regarding Covid .

Geek squad protection is the best insurance to get on Best Buy products.

The Geek Squad warranty is affordable & makes sense when you spend lots of money on appliances. It is nice that you can include it in the interest free loan too.

I purchased the 3 year warranty on my new washer and dryer. Have not had to use it yet, but trust that Best Buy will stand behind their warranty as they always have in the past.

So far haven't needed to use. Nice to have available as a security blanket.

Dont lookforward to having to use it, but Its a great halo to have when buying new units!!

The Geek squad protection is so affordable for the peace of mind that you receive. They are always quick to respond when you are having issues with an item. I add it to all of my larger purchases.

Always worth the money. Geek squad has replaced and repaired my items. I am always satisfied.

Service repairs take a while but worth the cost. When it came to the replacement it was a big run around. Wasted a lot of my time on phone calls that just kept getting transferred.

5 year plan of protection, you should have, in case it has a problem.

Best Buy offers by far the best protection plans out there. They work hard to get the repair done in a timely fashion & the repairmen are always very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Highly recommend getting this for any high ticket item!
