Geek squad talked us through the best option that fit me, instead of just throwing in a bunch of options that we didn't understand nor needed. Definitely a great deal and asset to my purchase

What can I say, Best Buy is hands down the best place to go to for appliances. The prices, delivery, installation and extended warranty make this the perfect package. Not to mention quality products. And finally customer service is exceptional.

So far haven’t used the warranty, but 5 years for the price is not bad at all

Havnt had to use yet fingers crossed if they do half as good as the delivery guys ill be pleased. Will update if need to use the warrenty.

The agents delivered the washing machine, installed it in my laundry room, hauled away my old washing machine, instructed me and my husband how to use the new Samsung washing machine.

Great deal. I purchased this plan for both my new washer and dryer. Hopefully I never have to use it. But it's a great feeling to know I am covered if something goes wrong.

Factory warranties are a joke. Geek squad is always there for us!

I've already had to use mine so I'm very glad we have it. Our brand new drier that we purchased isn't working. Since we didn't install it until after owning it for 30 days we couldn't just return it. Geek Squad is coming to the rescue next week.

Calling up the crew and easily scheduled the appointment to see and fix the problem with my fridge. The crew handled it with care and explained in human language to me.
