Washs and drys everything once, and clean and dryy

i had to use this on my washer. No problems what so ever and make sure if u get a major appliance get the warranty. So worth the money

Always buy this. We have had 3 sets of lg washer/dryer and after about 4 years something usually small will go wrong

This product is a life saver when issues come up worh maintenance.

Don't really know why Best Buy asks for a review of their appliance protection plan. I normally do get protection plans on large purchaces just in case. I had the option of 5 or 3 years and I went with 3 cause its a little cheaper and if I decide to I can always renew it for 3 more years.

The installation service was what I expect of Best Buy. Efficient, timely and easy to understand. I hope I don't have to use the protection, but it is nice to have it.

I would rather contract service through Bestbuy. I had a horrible experience using a Maytag extended warranty. All my TVs and appliances have been through Bestbuy.

I have not had to take advantage of my warranty yet, but am always grateful to purchase a Geek Squad warranty that I know I can rely upon if something breaks or malfunctions.

Delivery was good , guys were ok considering 5flights up. But I took care of them. Machine still running great I'm happy with my Samsung washing machine.

Added protection a few days after buying my washer. Nice piece of mind to have for expensive purchase.

I haven't need to use the GeekSquad yet for any repairs for this combo, but I have on past appliances.. They're always attentive quick and fix what's wrong. Thanks, GeekSquad

IT'S WORTH IT TO HAVE THE EXTRA SERVICE, IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG. NOT ON EVERYTHING BUT MOST THINGS, IT'S HAVING PIECE OF MIND, YOU HAVE A BACKUP PLAN.

We love the black stainless steel. It cleans better than regular stainless steel and lookso better. It has every options you want and more in a washer and dryer set. It self cleans and let's you know when it needs to be done. Great set.
