Its great to have this piece of mind in my back pocket

This warranty is the first time we have ever purchased one from Best Buy. I don't want to give a five star until we need to use for the first time, however, sounds good in writing and was easy to purchase.

The technician installed my washer and dryer fast and effectively. Looking forward to their mounting my tv.

This is a must have! Especially since everyone knows that most products break down right after the factory warranty runs out!

I paid for a 5 year warranty when I bought my washer. I submitted a claim on February 19. Someone came out on 2/24 and diagnosed the washer with 2 problems. A tech returned on March 4. That tech diagnosed the washer problem again with a new issue. Another tech returned on March 12 and then again diagnosed the washer with another issue. Another tech returned on March 17 and the washer was yet again diagnosed with a different issue. The washer has still not been repaired and I have been given the run around about getting it replaced. I would not recommend purchasing the warranty from Best buy because they do not make customers their priority. They are only after the money they make when a customer purchases the warranty.

I hate washing and drying my clothes. So there is no way i want to deal with repairs. Geek squad takes care of all my worries

Warrantee is always good to have especially with an expensive item in case it gets damage they would replace it if they can’t fix it.
