The washer we purchased was faulty. A technician was sent out promptly and we are able to exchange it. Worth the protection plan. Otherwise we'd be in a bad spot.

The services where great, and the dryer machine works excellent.

Geek-squad is great to have. I have them for my dryer, washer and fridge. They had people install all my appliances. They answer whatever questions I might have when I call.

I'm Grateful that I had an Opportunity to speak with n learn so much from Bob in Utah today. Before making an appointment\, he asked a few questions about my washer. Bob took his time to explain what the problem couldn't be n what it most likely was!

I purchased Geek Squad protection when I bought my washing machine. It adds a good selection of protection if anything happens to my appliance. I feel more secure with this purchase.

I love this washer. It has a pause button that allows me to adjust the settings and I can add extra water if needed.

i purchased this after reading reviews about buying warranty on appliances. so i went ahead and got the 5yr warranty which will cover me for awhile. just a peace of mind since washers can be expensive to fix

Best value for 5-year warranty. Yearly re-evaluation of washer and dryer components and function always great and gives us peace of mind .

I feel at ease knowing if something goes wrong with my washing machine I am covered.

Hope I never need it, but after my Samsung experience, I had to purchase this warranty. I sure am happy that my new LG washer and dryer have performed great. I hope they continue to do so, but if not, I it covered.

The guarantee is good and you don't have to wait long.

So, they sell the warranty plans well, I mean who wants their applianceappliances to break and have to either spend a few hundred dollars to replace them, or just spend a few hundred dollars to buy new ones so soon. Well my washing machine, which was a little over a year old breaks, Nov 4th, I have literally had a migraine dealing with this warranty program. There is no assistance for laundry services, or rental for you to have. I had to wait 5 days for a repair guy (who is not geek squad because if I wanted geek squad it would have been 2 weeks) just to come look at my machine, he takes 4 more days to order parts... fast forward the December, no parts still. No idea if they are coming, and this whole time I have been out a washing machine. I don't know about you. But I was clothes daily (family of 4 with busy kids). I've had to make calls myself only to sit on hold for over a half hour to be transferred, and then still be told there is nothing they can do. See you have to wait 30 days (not from when you called, no because that would make sense, 30 days from when someone ordered a part) before they will even consider just replacing your machine (which they claim they will do in their sale... "we fix or or you get a new one") so you would thinknatvthe 30 days, which is closer to 6 weeks now, boom new machine... nope, now you move up to special forces, and then they have to submit a claim... which they tell you can take 3-5 business days for them to respond to.... So, if you opt for this, my suggestion is go to rent a center and get whatever appliance to save yourself the hassle, it will cost you, but it's cheaper than the laundromat (which I had to pay out of pocket for the last 6 weeks) oh and instill don't have a machine yet. Today is Dec 13

Haven’t had to use this but worth getting to avoid any future issues.
