Works great, love the steam feature, no problems with vibration, short clean cycles but cleans great!

Quick and to the point bought what i needed. for the items i had purchased and it was either the standard 3 - 5 year plan i could choose.

Calling up the crew and easily scheduled the appointment to see and fix the problem with my fridge. The crew handled it with care and explained in human language to me.

Gorgeous set and it definitely measures up! I have these in my salon and they get a lot of use!

Havnt had to use yet fingers crossed if they do half as good as the delivery guys ill be pleased. Will update if need to use the warrenty.

The Geek squad is an outstanding organization. Each time I had them to the house for TV or computer problems they were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Cannot praise them enough.

I ordered a dryer was delivered by geek squad guys were polite. But dryer never worked I called geek squad 3 hours after it was delivered had to wait 4 days for them to come look at it was unfixable.so had to be returned I then had to wait 4or 5 days for them to come pick it back up and bring new dryer in mean time had to go to laundry Matt spend more money this should of been fix much sooner at a 700 price .i was very upset on how this all played out cost me even more money in long run but the guys who were here to drop off were polite did there work but did not clean up after the moved furniture to get dryer were it needed to go but did not put it back when done also the Dickson city store does not have enough people to hook up gas stuff. First I was told they can't hook up then after they got here was told they could if the guy that has certification was with them ( which he was not) and 2nd time here store told me they can hook it up but there was additional charge ( are u serious I spend 700 on dryer that didn't work you told me could be hooked up by you now it can if I pay more money) and still guys that came couldn't hook up because they were not certified to do so and new dryer was even more money than first time plus I had to go to laundry Matt to do my laundry
