Had to use Geek Squad the first week as one of the hampers came undone, causing the washing machine to be loud and the rubber seal to not be flushed. Geek Squad came out right away and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue within the same hour!

Always a good back up. You can’t know when it will malfunction.

I always recommend the black tie service geek squad to my family and friends. When I have a problem, I’ve always been taken care of and then some gives me peace of mind on any purchase. Our washer began making crazy noises after a couple of years. I called Best Buy and a tech came out to assess it within a couple of days. A day later, I received notification my washer would be replaced. It will be here in two days. Amazing, quick painless Customer Service all around!

Washer and dryer set is great. It is nice to have a cute matching set.

I always buy the extended warranty at Best Buy and they honor it. I've bought multiple TV's over the years that fizzled out in less than a year (Two Toshiba TV's. I will NEVER buy Toshiba's again) but Best Buy came, saw the TV was defective and replaced the cost so that I could apply it to another purchase.

Delivery and set went well, had one phone interaction and service was helpful.

The Geek Squad is the BEST! Haven't needed them so far since my washer & dryer are only a couple of months old but we also bought to LG smart T.V.s from Best Buy and when my husband had a problem with his new set less than a week after getting it, they came right out & replaced it.

The price of the geek squad service is so affordable, it feels like you’re getting away with something. For a few dollars more you get the security of knowing it’ll be fixed or replaced is everything for me, bc I’m not a wealthy person. When I buy a big ticket item, I’m paying cash to afford financing, but it’s a big chunk of your income at once, so to have the security of the protection plan makes me feel better about spending that large sum of money.

I bought this protection for my new washing machine which is the Maytag. It came with its own manufacturer warranty. That's all good and finding dandy but I wanted extra protection. Cost me over a hundred and something dollars but it was worth it to me.

They have great customer service and help you as much they can.
