Unit cleans well and has many features.my only complaint is its custom program feature is only programable via the app.

Hope I do not have to use this but it is good to have.

I am a new homeowner and single so this washer/dryer combo is great for me. The items look nice and they are very easy to use. I have only had these items in my home for a few weeks but so far they have worked great. My clothes are clean and fresh which is really what you buy a washer/dryer for right? so no complaints on that front.

I called to inform the company that the delivery guys were quick but a little too quick because they failed to completely set up the vent/exhaust tubing & I had to call back and get it done properly.

Washes our clothes great. I've had a different brand but it didn't wash near as well. It really surprised me at how much of a difference it is between two different brands. The one I have doesn't have an agitator but it cleans up my son's clothes really well and I don't have to wash them twice. The one thing i do not like about these kinds of washers, the glass lids. That's what happened to the last one and it was just as inexpensive to buy a new one, well almost anyways.

Best buy was able to quickly replace the unit i needed with no questions. the guys came out to replace it in a timely manner !

They Installed it sooner than expected and it is the best Washing Machine and matching Dryer that I have ever purchased. I extended by Warranty from two years to five years just to be safe. A Great Value

Highly recommended for any washer and dryer these days. "They don't make em like they used to" is a saying that applies to washers and dryers more than maybe any other expensive appliance. I think there's maybe one or two brands that still make washers and dryers in America, and they're not super well known, and even they don't make their new ones like they used to. But literally everything else is Chinese or South Korean and designed to be unrepairable and fail within 5 years. Geek Squad warranties are legit, and 5-years' peace of mind is worth every penny.

Great prod at a gr8 cost. The machine performance is a 9 out of 10. The vibration tech. wears out within the first two years. Other than that very clean wash. I love the self clean tech. Helps keeps down built up orders in the tub.
