Was never able to resolve my issue with the machine in spite of countless - altho had something like 25 job numbers - calls. Received conflicting information, false information. Calls were not returned and the technician who showed up had no idea why he was there - thought just to "check out" the machine. Just looked at it. Did not examine the hook up. Seemed to not understand what I was saying. I had described the issue in detail to 2 customer service reps who apparently never passed this along. This tech told me to replace it. Ultimately I cancelled the order. Have never had such terrible customer service. Incompetent and dishonest.

Purchased a 3 year warranty for both washer and dryer I gave three stars because I had to pay $75 warranty separately. Which too me was extremely high. Look for a better deal by purchasing washer and dryer as combo first!

Purchased as last Maytag washer stopped working within 4 years. We were encouraged by repairman to always buy protection on washers and dryers as their working life is not very long.

It’s ok spin cycle not that great I will never buy Samsung appliances again so

Installed but did not level properly washer or dryer. Best Buy sent another team out that corrected the problem.
