With washers and a dryers, I will always get a protection plan. Always have used them for this.

Mine is a washer/ dryer all in one. When clothes finish washing it starts drying them.

I took this protection out on my new GE WASHER DRYER COMBO have not had to use the protection yet. But I do keep getting notice that I need to buy GE Warranty much is confusing since I bought the protection at the time of purchase.

Very good. They will replace with a new unit if the problem can’t be resolved within the warranty.

Really needed Geek Squad, and the came through. Three issues resolved...just wish it hadn't expired

This was relatively easy to use when service was needed. The repairman was great and our product was fixed same day by a qualified contractor, (I am supposing is listed through your Geek squad for appliances). Although, this product carries a 10 year warranty, and the Manufacturer still covers it, the extended warranty, ought to not be effective until the manufacturers’ warranty has expired.

Haven't had to use it yet but if I do the peace of mind knowing it is there is great.

I’m glad I bought the extended warranty for a peace of mind. With the major purchase, I wanted to insure added protection.

The geek squad guys are awesome! I had an issue with my dryer not coming on so i called an electrician, thinking it was the outlet. They came out and said the issue was the dryer, not the outlet. The geek squad guys brought me a new dryer and determined that the dryer was fine all along and the problem was in fact, with the outlet. Got another electrician to come out and actually fix it and now the dryer works great. They were very nice about the situation and set everything up for me before they left. They said to give them a call if i had any issues. Great service!

I purchased extra protection for my open-box item, just to be safe in case anything goes wrong. The peace of mind knowing I won’t have to worry about repairs is priceless — definitely worth the extra cost.

This really paid off for me -- I always purchase the extended warranties (knowing how short the manufacture warranties are nowadays), and this is something I do as a matter of practice. I've now bought this again for the new machine. The previous one I had with the Extended Warranty the Washer quit working after only a little over 3 years of use in my home (it's not a commercial setting, making it clear) With the warranty, I was able to schedule a Geek Squad maintenance service look at my failed washer and they determined it could not be repaired as such. The good part, I was able to replace with my choice of a new washer as a result (they are very good at honoring your initial purchase price on the washer for your replacement device!). Don't hesitate .. just spring for the extra protection ..

We love the length of this warranty for the price is comes at. It is always great to have peace of mind to know if we need repairs done, we will not have to come out of pocket.

I love this washer! No issues great product. I love the color of black and rose gold. Fits all my heavy king size blankets. I’ve had it for almost 3 years and I would definitely buy another one!
