its awesome! we've had this for a few months now. if there are any errors it easily explains how to fix the issue. any issues are always just minor normal upkeeps that we forgot to do. I recommend this product 10/10. Some people say they aren't sure how they would like not being able to start another load while one is drying; with my experience it has been much better to take the time to do it this way then to constantly forget my clothes in the washer and have to rewash them because of the odor. this I can turn on in the morning and head out if I need to. also the timing is very efficient and doesn't take long at all to wash and dry.

I love, love, LOVE this new washer/dryer. Its so easy to work and it does a great job. Its near perfect for elderly , handicap people like my husband and i. The filter is easy to get to and do. The only problem is we have to have one of the girls to fill the dispensers for us, because they are low to the ground. Also they have to clean the pumps for us as well when it needs it because it also is low to the floor and hard to get to. Thankfully it does not need either of those very often.

Buying a replacement washer and dryer is never a welcomed expense. Luckily we had our LG appliances for 15+ years with only one service call. No one wants this money outlay for new appliances, and to add on the service is an extra cost, but the peace of mind is so worth it. Best Buy’s no questions asked policy for a service call is worth every penny. Try to find a repairman the day after a houseful of company leaves you with a million towels and sheets to launder. You’ll pay more for his service than the service plan!

I purchased a 3 year protectiin warranty on my new washing machine.it is a great value and a piece of mind.

Sometimes these extended warranties don't pan out, this is twice with 2 different appliances that it paid for itself!! Had an LG washer, great machine but for some reason the wifi would not always activate. Had Geek squad come to look at it and they replaced some parts, but issue remained. Geek squad then send out another company to look at it and he ordered another part. I then get a notification a couple weeks later that Best Buy is replacing my washer with a new one because they can't get the part! Win for me - use the washer for two years and only cost me the price of a 5 yr warranty!!!!

The only bad part is if anything happens after the first 14 days and before the one year mark you have to use the manufacturer warranty. Totally worth the costs. They have saved us hundreds in repair bills. Everything I get I buy the geek squad protection.

Great option to have I hope with the changes of the service it still works as good.

Peace of mind. it’s that simple. When you purchase something From Best Buy You already expect quality. But there’s nothing wrong and it’s a very smart investment to get a guarantee, especially for five years and especially for a washer or dryer. To know that if in the unlikely event anything should go wrong I don’t have to deal with the manufacture. I don’t have to deal with making 10,000 phone calls. I could just simply call a Best Buy. It’s broken they come by they take the old one away and give me a new one you can put a price on that you just cant I can’t imagine anybody not getting the warranty

My stove broke right on the end of geek squad warranty. They tried to get parts which ran past the date of the geek squad warranty and since they couldnt get the parts within idk 30 days so they replaced my whole stove with a similar newer model gor free and the stove was about $800+. Have had trouble with a washer in the past. I made it within the warranty once, saved me a ton of money, second time wasnt in warranty and it was just time to get a new washer, by the time you spend the money for a tech to diagnose and repair your better off just buying new. All in all I will 100% always reccomend best buy and there extended warranty options. Only complaint is it does take a while to get a tech to your house sometimes more than two weeks and depending on your issue you have to add on time for parts and then another scheduled trip. Whole process start to finish takes about a month and half Id say for both instances with my stove and washer to get fixed or replaced.

So I use these in the agriculture industry. Odd I know. I work on the computers on tractors and I have to be around really big and really loud tractors and motors. These work amazing at protecting my ears from tinnitus. I also listen to songs and make phone calls. Here is the rub: Although the sound quality of my voice over the motors sounds great. But as I’m talking the buds like to walk themselves out of my ears. Or if I’m chewing gum. Never fails. I’ve tried ever tip they offer, if it’s not behind the ear it walks out. But quality of audio and phone bar none. I love love love that it tells me when I’ve hear noises too loud for too long!!!! I need this desperately in my life! How do you know if your listening to things too loud if you can’t hear outside noises. All that being said best pick. Now if you had bids that stayed in during everything, I would be thrilled.

Always a good back up. You can’t know when it will malfunction.
