    I had a small hick-up after installation (no fault of Best Buy), I let Best Buy know and they immediately set up a time for someone to come out and take care of it for me. What a relief, glad I got the protection plan.

    this 5 year coverage on both my washer and dryer are well worth the money. all it would take is one mechanical issue over the next 5 years and it would easily pay for itself.

    I bought the extended warranty for my whirlpool washer and dryer because previous purchase did not last too long. I hope I do not have to use this warranty but with this item I thought I might need it.

    Machine operates great, replaced old agitator washer with a impeller styke, LG brand, good washer, gets clothes clean...great price for this machine..
