I believe it was a great decision for added protection against mechanical problem. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and you don't have it!

I purchased this for my new laundry washer. Hoping that Geek Squad will provide good service when the time comes.

I haven't used them but when I call the store they walk me through my problems

My dryer stopped working. Called 800 number for Geek Squad Protection to set up appointment to have it fixed. Geek Squad came out in a reasonable amount of time and fixed the dryer quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

These days, an extended warranty is a requirement for today's appliances. They aren't built like they used to be. This one is fairly priced and has good coverage. We certainly used the one we had with our previous appliance...

I bought 3 year protection. A must nowdays. LG only covers 1 year on labor. That 10 year motor waranty on their washers, only pays for parts not labor.

I had to review the product because it was broken. Geek squad was great about the return. They paid me quickly and were very helpful.
