it's nice to have this help because finding someone to hook everything up properly and move things is very expensive

Well I got this 3 year protection plan. I haven't had to use it yet and hopefully I never have to. 3 out of 5 stars wouldn't change a thing.

I haven't had to use this for my washer/dryer ...and hope I don't, but in the past I've valued the protection plans at Best Buy. Geek Squad can't be beat!

Better to protect yourself now and pay up front for protection versus paying a ton more if you did not purchase any type of protection. Appliances are not built like it used to in the past

I bought an open box and wanted to make sure I was covered. Having the warranty gives me a peace of mind. Plus I know I don't have to worry about any repairs. This will be the 3rd time a bought a warranty.

Recommend just to cover you back. Unfortunately things for some reason tend to break down after warranty.

It feels good to have that security just in case something goes wrong with my appliance. I have not had to use it but it gives me piece of mind.

I would always recommend 5yr warrantee as these LG machines are so expensive to repair as they have wifi features& complex mech/elec systems.

I didn’t used the Geek Squad service but I got because is a security guard for my machine and the price is good. I recommend to buy this service.

Overall geek squad warranties are good. They will replace or repair when needed, however, most appliances don't tend to fail within the first three years. When they do, often it's a defective unit that will be covered by the manufacturers warranty.

I always buy the warranty, it paid off. The last washer quit working and I got back the full price paid and used to to buy new washer

You have to have warranty coverage for your appliances. Geek squad protection is way better than dealing with the manufacturer warranty.

So far loving it. Love best buy warrant, worry free if there is an issue.

Got this 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection since we use the appliance a lot and knowing if something breaks we can get it repaired with no out of pocket expense.
