My first machine didn't work properly so they replaced it with a brand new one.

Simple protection plan that after research I have discovered is more comprehensive than and has much better customer service than the manufacturer’s warranty.

First time having owning a "modern" set of washer and dryer and WOW. Such an improvement to our lives. 10/10 would recommend. The app is actually really helpful for maintenance and cleaning reminders. And it's pretty nice being reminded when a load is done via app notifications on your phone.

I'm glad to have ordered Geek Squad protection for our new LG gas dryer, even though I hope never have to use it!

Added this to our washer and dryer purchase, with the price of things now days you can’t beat this protection plan.

Fortunately I have not had to take advantage of the warranty or extended warranty and I hope I don't have to. But having the extended warranty at a reasonable price gives me great piece of mind. If the service is as professional as the installers were, I trust that any repairs I need to have done will be a great experience.

I DO NOT buy any big item unless I can purchase a extended service agreement. This came right on time. I'm in good hopes that I won't have to use this within 5 years but just in case cause you never know now days, it's necessary for me to have.

Ive had great success with the Geek squad protection in the past and so I bought it again. Unfortunately with the lack of luck Ive had with Washers and dryers the Geek Squad protection has really come in handy.

Its important to pay for the Geek Squad. When you call, they sent you a technician very quickly. ANd problem its solved. Paying to a technician would be pricey

Washing my clothes within 10 minutes quick wash 20 minutes regular they leveled it out for me and everything show me how to use it correctly
