The Geek Squad delivered, installed our new LG washer and dryer. They also hauled away our old ones. We purchased the 3 year Standard Geek Squad Protection because in case something happens we can call and get their assistance.

Very satisfied and well worth it. Our washer stop working i contacted geeksquad they set up at home appointment for you and they fix whatever is wrong with your washer. THEY REALLY ARE AVAILABLE 24/7/365 IT DOESNT MATTER THE TIME OR DAY and i do recommend this plan for everyone.

I always buy extra warranties. Though it’s not always a simple process to use them. They replaced my dryer after 4 years, free of charge. Sometimes their limitations are an issue. My new TV I’ve had for less than a month, my cats decided to scratch up the screen for some reason. It’s cosmetic, and it’s very noticeable while you’re watching something, but This is not a covered damage. I would’ve paid extra to get a warranty that would cover this kind of damage, but that’s not even an option. So that’s a let down. But I’m confident if I have other covered issues they will take care of me.

I scheduled an appointment for my washer. The tech sat in front of my house almost two hours early, left after 5 mins (never got out the truck), marked me as no response and then I had to wait hours later for him to return because he didn’t want to be late for the next appointment.

I usually do not get extended warranties, but on a larger purchase, and having had a "lemon" front loading LG for too many years, I thought this was prudent (if I had one of these on the frontloader, I would have used it long ago - instead, I chose to wait for it to die to be frugal). The 3 yr warranty on the Insignia was less than warranties on some other machines and I have the peace of mind knowing it won't just be on me if something should go wrong. Glad I got this!

Purchased for the extra security just in case. Have not had to use thankfully but good to know they are there if needed, But they did do a good job of installing my new washer and removal of the old ones.

Never had to use them yet, but gives one a form of comfort knowing one has help if needed!

I am very very satisfied with Geek squad guys. I have no words to find and explain how they try to go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy. I can remember how happy Louis made me. And so many of them. Kristina is another one. Sorry don’t remember all their names..,, But they are all GREAT

I have purchased Geek Squad warranty on several large purchases and will continue to purchase it for future purchases. I had a Samsung dryer that kept having the same problem with not heating. After 3 services, Best Buy replaced that dryer with an LG. No hassle at all. The services were easy to schedule. Parts are ordered based on what you tell them is wrong so they can fix it on the first trip. Service personnel are always professional and helpful.

A must have for any purchase from Best Buy. Glad I purchased and have my items covered. Problem when husband purchased items and I purchased plan. Difficult for Best Buy to connect the two even with exact same address. Was finally resolved. BEEARE!

Already have a my Best Buy protection plan, but we always get the extra two to three years of protection on all electronics

I have been so glad that I've purchased 5 year protection plans on my washers. I've had to use them at about year 4. Large family - lots of wear and tear on the machines. When they have an issue, I can call and get them repaired for $0 and if they can't be fixed, they get replaced. So worth the money!

It was my first time buying a conpletely bew set so I was extremely nervous and anxious. Now 2 months after purchasing, I can say I am so happy with my decision. I love doing laundry now! Everything always smells amazing and is so soft.

A must have purchase with today's technology driven products. I purchased this for our new washer where the entire console is digital touch. With no physical buttons or switches to easily replace, this was a no-brainer. I've purchased a couple of these plans in the past and although I've personally never had to use them, I still see the value in having it for the just in case scenarios. Especially on a larger purchase that would run several hundreds to thousands to replace.

Delivered on time. Multiple reminders for delivery and installation was smooth. Respectful and polite.

Perfect machine, very good purchase, highly recommended for home use.
