Washer was leaking and had to call for service. Tech came out and found nothing after running all applicable diagnostics. He was punctual, polite, and very thorough. Still not sure what happened but everything is running smoothly now.

I have had a small issue with my washer. When I called to see if they can send someone over to help me with the issue. The young man I spoke with was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He answer all my questions with confidence and sent help over right away. That was my first experience with geek squad customer service and I have no complaints so far.

Installed my appliances quickly and timely. Arrived within a good time frame.

They were quick, careful bringing the items in, and knowledgeable about the installation. Very friendly!

When the delivery person did not notify me the night before with the window of time, I called Geek Squad and was able to reschedule delivery for another day. Excellent customer service and helpful!

So glad I got it.. my Dryer arrived badly dented (Not BestBuy's fault). BestBuy replaced it within 3 days, I am impressed. My previous dryer not from BestBuy, died within 3 years, labor and replacing the computer panel was more expensive than a new dryer. So I purchased a new dryer and now I feel more secured of my investment for the next 5 years.

The Beat Buy sales team took the time to throughly review the extended warranties.

I usually get an extended warranty when offered and for the past 10 years I have never had to use any of them. Good products.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 10 years. I will only purchase my electronics and appliances at Best Buy. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My first major computer purchase 10 years ago, I reluctantly purchased the Geek Squad protection. It paid for itself within months. I buy the Geek Squad protection for all my electronics and major appliances. From helping me set up wireless printers, to downloading pictures, and removing viruses, Geek Squad is a NECESSITY!! Worth the peace of mind when you're investing a lot of money into appliances. I had an issue that Best Buy Geek Squad offered to stand behind, but I was able to resolve the issue. It was nice that someone actually offered to do what they said they would do if I had a problem.

Beautiful washer and dryer. The washer is very deep and able to accommodate our family's large loads! The service reps had both washer and dryer hooked up in no time with no issues! The dryer is also very spacious and I love all the detailed options!

After the geek squad set up my new washer and dryer they explained my warranty to me. I feel like I will never need to use , it but I’m happy that I purchased the extended warranty. I felt like it was the best thing to do since these units a very large and a bit more technical to repair. The lead geek squad gentlemen that delivered our tv a few years ago was the same one who did this installation for us. It was reassuring to see a familiar face and someone who truly is professional.

GeekSquad always stands behind the products. Service has been quick and efficient. If an exchange is required, that is also handled quickly.

Love the removable agitator it really comes in handy when I need to wash larger items like comforters. I also bought the services which included: expert installation, which made everything a Breeze and They even hauled away my old, rusty washer.
