The washer and driver were out first appliance purchase for our new home we moved in back in July. So far they are working well and clothes come out clean. I am still learning to adjust all the different t buttons as everything now is digital.

Having geek squad protection, on certain things is a must especially a large appliance like a washer/dryer combination. The services they offer are outstanding, and completely worth the small chunk of change that you will pay for peace of mind.

Agents were very helpful and respectful with replacing the damaged item

I've used geek squad for 5 years on other purchases and started a new 5 years with them. They are very efficient and explain your problem and how they are going to fix it. They do come within a reasonable amount of time

Beautiful, functional, sleek design, easy to use, very quiet, several cycle options to choose from or customize to your own preference. Absolutely no regrets in purchasing these. Pedestals are a huge plus and look awesome together. Great value!

We purchased Geek Squad protection for our appliance because previous experiences with Geek Squad have been positive and it gives us more comfort knowing a local crew would respond if needed. We haven't had reason to use this yet but believe Geek Squad would do a good job if called upon to help. I hope we never have to use them :-)

We definitely feel protected with the warranty we purchased for our dryer, as we know Geek Squad maintenance and repair services are good and reliable.

Definitely worth the purchase bought a dryer2.5 years ago it couldn't be fixed. So upgraded to a bigger better dryer thanks.

Got the 5-year warranty I think is a good investment especially the washer and dryer being so expensive. Bought a Samsung refrigerator with the five you warranty and it was worth it. Refrigerator wasn't working too well called the warranty department within a few days they came and fixed it with no problems nothing out of pocket.

The service is great customer services is great. There timing is good the are professional.
