I ALWAYS get extended warranties on my expensive items, and the Geek Squad protection has always been great. For two expensive items in the past that had issues, simply going into the store and getting a replacement was a breeze. Given that so many items are no long built to last, it seems inevitable that something will go wrong with an item just past its warranty window. It's a little extra cost, but it beats having a brick.

I love this washer and dryer. You get a notification on your phone when your load is finished washing or drying. The steam feature on the dryer is nice. Overall, I’m very pleased with this putchase. Would recommend and they’re pretty to look at, too.

I purchased this fridge with suspicious thought.It was worthy and very good quality.I organize my cakes of my own bakery. It’s so good and not to big to keep your space clean

So far, so good. We purchased this after the previous model failed again and again. This current model is quieter and produces almost dry clothes after a super strong spin cycle. For the money, it definitely does the job. I also purchased a five year warranty without hesitation.

Bought a washing machine that was seemed internally unbalanced and hitting the back wall and water lines excessively, as well as moving across the floor on a spin cycle even with one dampened towel. Geek squad came and re leveled my machine and was able to observe the machine's unusual behaviors. I was able to get a different machine as i was within the return period. Thank you.

Really nice looking set. Still trying to work out the settings, but overall very happy with the new set.

Bad quality washer machine worked for 5 months then it broke down. Contacted whirlpool and the next available repair was 3 weeks later then send a 3 Rd party repair company to take a look at it and still waiting on parts for another month?? No parts available?? Whirlpool is made in USA?? The main reason to buy whirlpool was for parts availability since it’s made in USA?????

Couldn’t be happier with my LG washing machine. It does a great job cleaning, using as little water as possible. There are many washing options to choose. It is very attractive, holds lots of items, and even sings a sweet little tune when washing cycle ends. Very well made, user friendly machine. Highly recommend.

Whenever I don't buy protection, everything breaks. When I do, everything works perfectly. So I bought protection, and sure enough, everything is working like a charm! My advice. If something costs more than you can afford, or stings really bad to buy it again when it goes south, then buy protection. Otherwise, save your money. Percentages say you will be fine without it.

Agents arrived on time, quickly installed the washer, and ran the quick cycle to ensure it worked properly. They were extremely professional and left the laundry room very clean. I highly recommend the Geek squad for any type of installation.

Bought an insignia washer and had an issue with it after a few years. Best buy couldn't find a repair specialist so they decided to replace it with a brand new washer.
