I love my washer. It is so efficient. I have a disabled friend. Whom I take care of and having this washing machine has made my workload so much easier.

The geek squad got our washer up and running. They showed us a couple of small dents and asked if would still take it oir return it for another one

I write this is late January 25, 2018. I never had got geek squad before. I had first bought it for 5 years warranty. Let me know if my laundry get problem. I will call geek squad. But I have been taking care of my laundry for 3 years. I still have warranty end January 2023. I hope if still good or not work.

Definitely worth the peace pf mind and knowledge that something like this is covered.

I just purchases this plan to be on the safe side since I do have a rather expensive product (washing machine). I thought that this would be a great option to have down the road. From my understand my particular products comes with a warranty already through the manufacturer so, regardless there are options after it has ended.

It better be good for a repairs. I didnt buy it for anything but that

The Geek Squad Protection plan has always been a must-have. Appliances breakdown and its best to be protected. I've used Best Buy protection plans in the past and have been satisfied. Don't buy an expensive appliance without one.

I'm a big believer of the 5-year warranty when you purchase a big appliance. I had my LG washer replaced free of charge when the technician could not fix the issue. I had the washer for 3 years and received a brand new one.

They helped us putting the washer in truck. Great service!!

I’ve owned my washer for a couple years now. A discontinued Samsung front loader that was supposed to be top of the line. It’s a great washer when operational, but unfortunately, not working. Fixing it under factory warranty was great. But now that factory warranty is over, I’m faced with what is turning out to be the most impossible task to-date. Getting a tech out to fix my washer through the Geek Squad Protection plan. Countless time wasted on the phone scheduling appointments and listening to the service agents regurgitate the same prompt while informing me that “Your appointment has been cancelled because there is no tech available.” Constant time off work, or time blocked off from doing other daily chores while waiting for an appointment that will ultimately not show. Not only that, but I’m having to reach out to them to find out what’s going on with the appointment. This is a horrible experience and I’ve come to the conclusion that this service is a waste of time and money. Now I’m stuck waiting for someone to fix my inoperable washer with a household of five for two weeks! FYI, my appointment is now rescheduled for the third time. Just replace my washer at this point.

I have not had to use the warranty yet. I will use it when the time comes

When you are investing in large appliances having Geek Squad is just a no brainer. Depending on what you buy they come to your home to service the item. I hope I never have to use it, but if I need it I know Geek Squad will be out to my home to service (or replace) my washer and dryer.

As happy as i can be with an he washer. My old school 20 year old machine was on its last leg. Hourly get half that longevity out of this one. Wakes well

Sometimes the clothes gets off balance and it will shut off and you have to take clothes out and rearrange it to make it work

Product works wonderful still and is everything I needed

Bought as protection hope not to use but if needed it's geek squad they are great

The store letting me have the ones the delivery people dropped off and install my washer and dryer the 3rd time it was pretty good
