so far so good. Good value and reputable brand. My plumber recommended this brand. Only complaint is Geek squad wouldn't install the steamer component. Wish I would have known that in advance. Had to higher my plumber to do it.

always buy protection, I haven't had to use protection from any thing I have purchased from Best Buy. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Got a great LG washer and dryer with a one-year warranty from factory ... Not saying if that's good or bad but I do know Best Buy's extended warranty it's a lot better because if they can't fix it They will replace it for the cost you pay for

This service has benefitted me already. It has allowed me to have free delivery and removal of my old appliances. This service has already paid for itself. A really good benefit to have should either of the computers fail. Good idea.

Can’t go wrong buying a warranty for pennies more especially on a washer and dryer that will be used daily . The Geek Sqauad warranty is a must for us on all products because it assures I didn’t waste my money if something happens to break .

While the protection is worth the expense, if you have a Total Tech account, you get an even better deal. For a brand new item over $200, I always go for the protection plan. Best Buy has always been responsive when I have encountered any unexpected problems.

Great and quick installation...am ready to purchase the matching appliance and will obtain the same 5-year protection. Have not needed to use the Geek Squad, but the peace of mind in case I need them, is comforting.

Just like my other products I’ve bought from Best Buy, i always get the extended warranty through them. It helps incase something goes wrong that you had no control over. You pretty much get a replacement. The plan is well worth the $ spent on it.

Very pleased with the price of my warranty. I also like the fact that I was able to choose a 5 year warranty plan. Most stores only offer 3. I have used my warranty one time in the past (for a different product) and was pleased with the service.

The Geek Squad is super! They deliver and set up our appliances/televisions and service any items that require repair. It is reassuring to have them as a back-up should we lose the function of any of our electronics.
