This washer cleans very well and the basket is a nice size to handle heavy work clothes and get them clean.

Works perfectly with different settings. Overall my family loves it. This dryer is amazing. Space conservative and energy efficient.

We had a different washer it broke within a year best buy didn’t have the same brand but let us pick a different brand and just had to pay a difference we love our Samsung washer

The techs brought the tools, I already had the connection hoses and hookups, and have not needed the technical services of the Squad in the year since purchase. Zero problems with the entire purchase.

Installed my washer and hopefully I never have to use the repair service but it gives me peace of mind knowing I have it.

I purchased this with a machine that ended up having some trouble. It was reassuring to have the coverage. Unfortunately, we had trouble during the COVID quarantine. It took about a month for us to have someone come and look at our machine.

Its worth the protection plan for any minir hicups.

My experience this month has been great we love this washer machine and hope can work well for many years..

I used this protection plan for my old washer but back then I went with the shorter plan and the Samsung died about a year earlier. So this time I went with the five year plan which cost only like $30 a year so it seems like a great value.
