The Best Buy team that came out and hooked up my grandmothers washing machine were great! They were kind and courteous. They got everything hooked up and hauled away the old equipment. We were very impressed with the service.

A wonderful service to purchase! You never know when you could be buying a "lemon". Let's face it, they do not make things like they used to! A very inexpensive purchase for what you are receiving in return. I recomend this to all!

I am very pleased with what I have found out about the Geek squad. If I do have trouble with my purchases I'm sure I will have no problem getting help from the geek squad.

Normally i don't purchase extended warranties, however I did this time just for the extra protection. The previous wash machine just didn't function very well and after less than 5 years i replaced it with a new one. I just felt it might make sense to get the extended warranty especially for the price, this time.

Purchased extended warranty because after manufacturers warranty expires, it can be very expensive to repair any parts. So at least for 5 yrs I feel I have some peace of mind

Decided to get additional protection and hoping not to have to use it in the end. Geek Squad is knowledgeable and allowed me to make a sound decision without pressure.

I would highly recommend to get a warranty cause as we no anything can happen it pays to have back up its well worth it

I am glad I purchased 5 yr geek squad protection for my washing machine - although it shows no sign of breaking down. If you are afraid of the high cost of repairs and replacements these days, you might want it too. I don't know if I will need it.

I haven't had to use it yet but we're going to be having geek squad come out once this virus issue has slowed down and see if they're able to figure out why our auto-detergent feeding system isn't working on our washer. Definitely glad I have it though.

I am so glad I got the three year protection plan! I know that if anything breaks I am completely covered and I won't have to worry about money coming out of pocket to fix the washer and dryer i have the plan on. You never know what could happen and protection for this price is a steal!
