All my products I cover with geek squad. This day and age we get glitches, as well sometimes things just break out of the blue. I know I have piece of mind when I have the geek squad protection plan on appliances, laptops and on my gadgets.

If you spend over $200 on anything at Best Buy and don't get Geek squad protection, you are asking for regret. It is certainly better to have it and not need it than the reverse.

The geek squad always responds when I need them to. I just wish they were all as smart as the first technician I got.

Geek squad arrived on time and installed washer quickly. They did a dry run, but forgot to remove the product pamphlet inside. It got soaked!!!. Luckily, we called and was advise to download from site.

Got them for my first time home purchase. Two years so far and no problems. Not fancy looking by any means. It’s a basic look which I was looking for. Had it delivered and installed with no issues.

Always there to help when needed though i havent needed to use it more than a couple times.

I haven't used the service for the washer but Greek is the best! I've had them work on my laptops in the last.

Fortunately haven't had to use it as washer is brand new but it is good to have should something go awry.

This is the best washer I’ve purchased. The removable agitator is AWESOME

The Geek squad unmounted one TV and mounted it in another room and then mounted the new 65 inch replacement and sound system in it's place. Easy peazy!

Who can beat Best Buy warranty? No one. That is why I remain a revolving buyer

We recently purchased our second Whirlpool ventless dryer. We did not purchase this service contact with our first dryer and wished we would have. You should too.

Geek squad came to service my washer and after trying to order parts it turned out it would cost more than the washer so they gave me a new one instead

I have actually never had to use the geek squad warranty. This is a good thing but it a great peace of mind that I have it just in case. I love that I get the portion on 1 or 3 years.

This is a great Geek Squad warranty to have just in case you need it !!!!

Only reason for 4 stars is i have not used them. Nothing broke down yet.
