Geek squad helped me by looking up my washer and informing me it was on a recall list by Samsung.they told me the steps to take and it worked out fantastic whereby the next day I had a new washer with a check from Samsung 4 weeks later.

This is my second Samsung washer and dryer set. The first set was great and near the end the protection package was VERY well worth it.

The geek squad team was great. They were able to mount the tv and connect all devices perfectly. They were very knowledgeable and helped answer my questions well.

Great warranty, had to use to replace unit because of a dent, was prompt with a replacement

The agent came out and repaired the unit the very next day. The problem was solved and no further issues have come up since.
