I purchased a 5 year warrantly plan on my dryer and called on 4-7-25. They could come on 4-9-25 but that day was not available and the next day that was available was 4-17-25. Be careful that when you purchase a warranty the lead time is what I call ridiciulous!! You can speak to a supervisor and they suggestion was to call back and get someone else. Mary in Pananma City refused to give me her bosses name . The dryer I bought was Whirpoll WTW5057LW and it NEVER drys a load on one cycle and I bought in Oct 2023 and now the drum does not spin.

Finally was able to get my washer i love it leaves my clothes feeling and smelling clean

My favorite part is the 5 year geek squad warranty, never had to use but I see them moving around the city .

Bought the combo with dryer and love how quiet it is. Also the jingles when the load is done.

I used this protection plan for my old washer but back then I went with the shorter plan and the Samsung died about a year earlier. So this time I went with the five year plan which cost only like $30 a year so it seems like a great value.

I purchased this with a machine that ended up having some trouble. It was reassuring to have the coverage. Unfortunately, we had trouble during the COVID quarantine. It took about a month for us to have someone come and look at our machine.
