I did have to call in a request. The Service Repair Specialist was excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

I have purchased other warranties that said That would & they would do would Best Buy did but did not. Best Buy geek warranty is great.

Wasn't flowing water. Best replaced it with 2/3days and got a brand new one! I think it had a bad seal or o-ring
