I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING THE 5 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ANY APPLIANCES

My units arrived in a very timely manner. Installation crew was wonderful. I had been going to.the laudrymat and was tired of it so i made the jump to these units. Absolutly wonderful. Best purchase ive ever made. I do have the extra protection package just in case. But so far so good. I have a large drum top loader so if you are short you may want to think about a front loader. Im tall so its great for me. The dryer has a moisture sensor which is great.

Absolutely love Best Buy delivery.they always come thru with the most polite delivery drivers and workers. We have been working with Best Buy now for almost 10 years and never once have we had ANY issues. One device came damaged and they replaced it withen 20 minutes of delivery. Had a crew out here changing it out and did a FREE installment for the troubles. I give them a 20/10 stars and would never shop with anyone else.

Our washer began making crazy noises after a couple of years. I called Best Buy and a tech came out to assess it within a couple of days. A day later, I received notification my washer would be replaced. It will be here in two days. Amazing, quick painless Customer Service all around!

Peace of mind that I have not had to use just yet on my Samsung washer purchase.

Geek Squad excellent customer service! Called to make an appointment and they came next day first thing in the morning and diagnosed and solved my issue within the hour regarding my hamper being disconnected in the washer drum!

Recently called in Geek Squad to service our Dryer that wouldn't stop tumbling. I forget the service tech's name, but he was very honest and professional, telling us exactly what was wrong and when the new part would arrive. Although he needed to reschedule one, it wasn't a huge deal as when he did came to work on our appliance he fixed it less than 15 minutes. Would recommend!

I bought this protection for my new washing machine which is the Maytag. It came with its own manufacturer warranty. That's all good and finding dandy but I wanted extra protection. Cost me over a hundred and something dollars but it was worth it to me.

I am hopeful I wont have to use this, but I like having the peace of mind. We just spent a fortune on appliances and I am grateful we are covered.

I always buy the extended warranty at Best Buy and they honor it. I've bought multiple TV's over the years that fizzled out in less than a year (Two Toshiba TV's. I will NEVER buy Toshiba's again) but Best Buy came, saw the TV was defective and replaced the cost so that I could apply it to another purchase.

The Geek Squad is the BEST! Haven't needed them so far since my washer & dryer are only a couple of months old but we also bought to LG smart T.V.s from Best Buy and when my husband had a problem with his new set less than a week after getting it, they came right out & replaced it.

It had been many years since I shopped at Best Buy. And I’m old enough to remember when Geek Squad was established. So, I was surprised to learn Geek Squad also managed deliveries and warranties. I always thought they just fixed computers! We felt our hands twisted a bit into purchasing a warranty. The product we purchased only offered a 1 year warranty. That’s another review for Samsung. We purchased the 3 year warranty for $89.99. We can’t rate the warranty itself as we have experienced a need to put it to use yet. If we do we will come back and write some more information. We did have the experience of speaking with a Geek Squad customer service associate over the phone though. The associate polite, well mannered, knowledgable and efficient. We were only on the phone for 1 minute and 30 seconds. :)

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection warranties for large appliances are a no brainer for me. Granted I am an old geezer, but I remember when washers, dryers, refrigerators and stoves lasted over 20 years. Not so any more. Warranties are a must for new appliances that have computers that burn out with power surges during bad storms. Besides appliances and appliance repair is so expensive now that extended warranties often pay for themselves in the long run.
