Tech Jeff was amazing super friendly very knowledgeable . Call center people I’d rather not have to call them ever again. What should have been an easy fix took multiple calls and hours on the phone to get a resolution acceptable to me as a paying customer with a new purchase

I love geek squad for piece of mind. If something goes wrong they have you covered small or large and they are fast at getting the help you need.

Very easy to use if needed. Very nollegable. Very qick response.

Havent had to use it yet but its a great system incase i need it. Better yo be safe to have it then it breaking down and not having the warranty

Not bad when you purchase a expensive item. They really protection you from any future damages.

I have purchased washers and dryers from Best Buy over the years and the warranty on the washer has always paid itself off. I would recommend at least buying the warranty on any washer purchased.

Sure, our installation was a mess. And getting that fixed took forever. But you know what? If this thing dies and it's a mechanical issue I'd rather not have to pay to fix it. Totally recommend it.
