I have always purchase the Geek Squat even when I don’t purchase from Best Buy .

Provides peace of mind for the purchase and you don’t need to worry as everything is taken care of.

Haven’t had to use the geek squad extended warranty.

It's a great value - just one in house service visit can cover the costs of this protection plan.

Did not notice that this was a high efficiency unit. Normal Cycle is 90+ minutes...uses less water but needs 3 times the electricity to complete a cycle. Plus we need to add scent boosters to get that clean scent. If you keep the load size small that helps.. But I have 3 kids, bought to save time washing fewer loads.. For the price, not impressed. It does alert your phone, if set up, at end of cycle which I love.

I always get Geeksquad with my appliances. The will service them when they are needed. I call them every 6 months or so and they are happy to come out.

The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions regarding the installation of my Samsung washer and dryer.

Wouldn’t be without the peace of mind. The warranty stood behind a Samsung washer and dryer.

Nice to have peace of mind should something go wrong. Won't really know how the service is until I need it however

I purchased this as an extension of the factory warrantee. Have not used it.

I would recommend to get geek squad service, they know what they're doing.

purchased the extended warranty for a little added protection. The additional cost for the warranty was very reasonable which made it hard to pass up.

It is nice knowing that I have coverage for today's sub-standard manufacturing practices. I would never even think of not covering my electronics purchases w/ the Geeks!

Suggest to everyone to get the coverage ou need on all purchases, Best Buy is the best

The installation had a small glitch but the installer finally figured out what he needed to do. If anything went wrong I knew I was covered.

I had great fortune with my last WP Washer, Expect the same with my 2017 model. But Just In Case , I got some geek protection , at a good price!

Haven't had ti use them yet with the quality product ive recieved so far hope i don't need to
