I love how they schedule you for the appointment at least

I called to inform the company that the delivery guys were quick but a little too quick because they failed to completely set up the vent/exhaust tubing & I had to call back and get it done properly.

The warranties are affordable and worth the money.

Very good value for an extended warranty especially for a modern machine.

Love this Maytag Washer/Dryer set!!! It is absolutely Gorgeous. It is more quite than most Washer/Dryer sets. These both come with commercial technology. So easy to use & even has WiFi Remote Enable thru the Maytag App. Washes & Dryes as expected. The only down side is washer is not great for short people, I am 4’10” & I have to stand on a stool to get the clothes on the very bottom out. Also, the downside on the dryer is the vent fills up extremely fast… one load & lint is overflowing when the vent is pulled out. Leaves lint down in the vent opening & I keep an extra long screwdriver handy, so I can pull the extra lint up the sides & grab ahold of it to be discarded. I would definitely recommend both of these products.

Not sure how well this will work since I just got the machine less than a month ago. the amount is too much for only 5 years

They Installed it sooner than expected and it is the best Washing Machine and matching Dryer that I have ever purchased. I extended by Warranty from two years to five years just to be safe. A Great Value

I have mixed feelings on this. I bought the geek squad warranty. I was told that supercedes the manufacturer. My washer less than 30 days old began spraying out the door. Repair came the first time no issue with that. Man stated that it happened again call back. They will bring a replacement washer. As soon as we started a load same issue. I call bestbuy 800 and I am put on hold 45 minutes. I call back and get told geek squad warranty does not supercede manufacturer warranty. So the next morning I go to the store before they open a guy is in a geek squad car and I tell him. He then takes my info and sets me up with a new washer. The Helpdesk is pathetic but local people actually do their jobs.

A five year warranty on new washer for a very reasonable price. I no-brainer.

The price of the geek squad service is so affordable, it feels like you’re getting away with something. For a few dollars more you get the security of knowing it’ll be fixed or replaced is everything for me, bc I’m not a wealthy person. When I buy a big ticket item, I’m paying cash to afford financing, but it’s a big chunk of your income at once, so to have the security of the protection plan makes me feel better about spending that large sum of money.

Recommend to get Geek Squad on all electronic products. You never know when it may come in handy. Very easy to get product fixed or replaced, if needed.

Excellent product we love it. No issues really quiet when is washing and drying.

I have always bought my appliances from Best Buy and always buy the extended warranty. The Geek squad warranty is great. Every one is patient, listens to the problem and when needed schedules repair service. The repair techs are professional, efficient and punctual. If you have to skip work to wait for the repair service, rest assured that Best Buy techs will be on time and do the job right the first time.

The washer despite being open box works perfectly. Sure it has a few dings and scratches but the functionality is great. And the open box price saved some nice coin over brand new
