they set up my washer and dryer very quickly and removed my old units. they were fast and friendly.

I will highly recommend this cause you never know when you will need them and the insurance is petty low price

Excellent washer and dryer set. Washer gets rid of the stains and clothes smells fresh after every wash. Dryer fully drys clothing very efficient units.

I recommend protection.. never know if product I bought have issues down the road..

After the geek squad set up my new washer and dryer they explained my warranty to me. I feel like I will never need to use , it but I’m happy that I purchased the extended warranty. I felt like it was the best thing to do since these units a very large and a bit more technical to repair. The lead geek squad gentlemen that delivered our tv a few years ago was the same one who did this installation for us. It was reassuring to see a familiar face and someone who truly is professional.

This is on a washer. Haven't used yet. In all honesty I hope don't need it. I would get on washers, maybe not on dryers. Never know the way things are made

The washer and dryer are big enough to fit 3 king size comforters and they run quiet enough that my baby can sleep without disturbance. The Blue brushed finish is really cool. The pet care wash runs longer than normal but cleans pet hair well

The washer and driver were out first appliance purchase for our new home we moved in back in July. So far they are working well and clothes come out clean. I am still learning to adjust all the different t buttons as everything now is digital.

Having geek squad protection, on certain things is a must especially a large appliance like a washer/dryer combination. The services they offer are outstanding, and completely worth the small chunk of change that you will pay for peace of mind.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for over 10 years. I will only purchase my electronics and appliances at Best Buy. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My first major computer purchase 10 years ago, I reluctantly purchased the Geek Squad protection. It paid for itself within months. I have been so glad that I've purchased 5 year protection plans on my washers. I've had to use them at about year 4. Large family - lots of wear and tear on the machines. When they have an issue, I can call and get them repaired for $0 and if they can't be fixed, they get replaced. So worth the money!

I hope I never use it, but it always gives you peace of mind knowing that you are covered.

Well worth the price. When washer failed and couldn't be repaired we got a new machine with free delivery old machine hauled away

The Geek Squad coverage allows my wife and I to relax, and not have to worry if the washing machine is going to break or not, and it gives us 6 years to enjoy it, as their coverage doesn’t even begin until after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. It’s nice not having to worry for 6 years!!
