Process was a process from the beginning but once product was deemed not fixable the replacement process was amazing.

Beautiful, functional, sleek design, easy to use, very quiet, several cycle options to choose from or customize to your own preference. Absolutely no regrets in purchasing these. Pedestals are a huge plus and look awesome together. Great value!

So far so good. The LG washer washes clothes with high efficiency. Uses minimal water, but cleans clothes well. Our clothes comes out wrinkle free and smells very clean compared to our old set. Settings on both washer and dryer are easy enough to understand. Never had issues with LG brand and I'm hoping this set will last us for years to come.

These individuals will walk you throught the process or come out and fix the issues you have with any of your purchases! Slap that warranty on it and protect that purchase!

Bought this dryer from Best Buy and it works great. Really dries clothes quickly and at a good price.

I went ahead and got the 5 year plan for my Insignia 4.5 washer and 7.5 dryer. The agents installed in a fast and professional manner. They answered all my questions and concern. Nevertheless, the 5 year warranty just add a level of extra protection and comfort that my wife wanted. Hope I don’t have to use it, but it will be ready when needed.

Buying extended warranties used to be a tough decision for us. As consumer grade appliances seem to be engineered for shorter lives, it seem more likely we will experience a failure in the lifespan of the warranty. Our old dryer was serviced under an extended warranty and due to a parts shortage triggered a replacement where we got the full value of the previous device purchased (not including the extended warranty price). Glad we had it!

Really nice looking set. Still trying to work out the settings, but overall very happy with the new set.

Very quiet operations and they wash and dry perfectly every time. The repository for the detergent and softener is a big convenience.

So far works good no issues or problems yet and I like the color.

I always purchase warranty through best buy, they come out, fix if needed. Easy to talk to over phone and great repair people.

I haven't had to use this yet, but did on a dishwasher we bought several years ago. It has been difficult to find local repair people so this works !

We purchased Geek Squad protection for our appliance because previous experiences with Geek Squad have been positive and it gives us more comfort knowing a local crew would respond if needed. We haven't had reason to use this yet but believe Geek Squad would do a good job if called upon to help. I hope we never have to use them :-)

Quick and easy repair/exchange. Appointment was set for within 48 hours and replace within 72 hours.

MY WASHER BROKER DOWN AND I HAVE THE 3 YR IN HOME WARRANTY ON IT THROUGH GEEK SQUAD. I CALLED AT 1PM AND THEY HAD SOMEONE AT MY HOUSE BY 430 TO FIX IT. THE TECHNIICAN WAS GREAT, VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING WITH ME AS TO HOW TO CLEAN THE FILTERS THE DETERGENT DRAWER I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am glad to have gotten a warranty on my mom’s appliances. Great price
