Hum, i didn't that samsung dryer is cheap. I reversed door a d screws didnt screw in tight call best buy , best told me to call samsung but samsung was rude told even it a manufacured defect they didnot cover door issues only functional problems and refer me.back to best buy. Eventhough i bought the extended protection buy rep alfonso promised to help me resolve the isue with the stupid but see i just lie to he didnt call me as he promised me. SO IF ARE PLANNING TO APLIANCES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SAMSUNG BECAUSE AFTER THE 15 DAYS IF IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL THE WONT FIX IT. SAMSUNG SUCKS

Awesome product. The dark color is very sleek and it runs very quietly. Would definitely recommend this product.

Sears had this washer and dryer for same price but warranty was double the price. So best buy came out to be a better choice plus best buy had washer and dryer on store.

Haven’t had to use and hopefully won’t but it’s so nice having the options to should something arise.

Installers was everything quick and clean even took my old dryer out for me

The agent was nice and competent but the policy is crap. I had to wait 30 days to see if the part would arrive to the warehouse and if it didn't my washing machine would be replaced. The part never arrived so I got a new washer but we had to wait 30 days which meant going to the laundry mat until it was replaced. The CS rep told me I could buy a new one but why would I do that when I have a warranty policy? It made no sense.

Haven’t used the service but I guess it’s a good thing? Best Buy is pretty good with following up on the warranty.

Bought it Dec 19th and so far all is good. No issues and quiet.

Always get a 5 year warranty on a major appliance because that's as long as they last these days.
