I would always get the extended warranty when spending over 2 thousand for any type of major equipment.

Had to use it for my dryer and wash machine, Geek Squad did their job.

They are always there when needed. Everyone of them is very knowledgeable

i called about washer not working they sent a third party tecnician out. it was an 8 hour window wait on the day for them to come. they diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. and scheduled the repair for the following week. 4 weeks of the part not coming in and rescheduled repair appointments i had to call best buy back about the issue. they have now rescheduled me for another technician to come out with a 4 hour window to show up for repair. so im going on over a moth without a washer that i paid over $700 after the extended warranty.

Always a great choice for protection. Everyone should get this.

I think it was a great price for 5 year plan for my washmachine.

I think spending the extra money for this protection is a good idea. 60 for 3 years for such peace of mind.
