Very hard to get an technician on the phone.

Had another Lon wat for representative. Earliest appointment was a week later. Technician from Dependable who came told me Best Buy installed inflexible exhaust hose for dryer which should have been a flex hose. He then said he did not replace hoses. Fortunately he was able to reattach existing hose. I’m very disappointed in the service.

Warning! Don't pay for the extended warranty.

The first time I called to have someone come out and fix it and they didn't show up. A second appointment was scheduled and they didn't show up. Then, out of the blue, someone from A & E Whatever shows up unannounced and without an appointment two weeks later. I am never, ever getting Geek Squad protection. They can't deliver the service. The person who shows up will be some third-party "partner."

Geeksquad services

I took Geeksquad protection for 3 yrs. my washing machine stop working on July 1 st week and and I called Geeksquad and technician came and cannot fix the problem. Geek squad technician gave third party contractor number to fix it. They came few time and couldn’t fix it. Now one month is over still washing machine is not working. Worst service from geek squad.. I never recommend it

Called the company they said unplug and start it up again. Didn't work. Get the run around trying to get it fixed. Called Geek Squad they told me to bring back to the store. REALLY what kind of answer is that. I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A GEEK SQUAD PLAN IF THAT WAS THE ANSWER,

I will never go or recommend Best Buy to anyone. Writing a terrible review anywhere I can. I am still with out a resolution. He cane and installed it and never checked it. Had him come back and he said he took care if it and never even turned the water on or checked it. Was still leaking bad and flooded my apt. Never again. Best Buy is the worst

I even asked the rep "so what's the point of buying this?" all she could say was "yeah, I get that question a lot..." As far as I can tell, I purchased a protection plan that doesn't cover anything. Samsung will then lose your support case multiple times and you're left with a broken, new washer.

POOR SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We thought perhaps it was just new and needed a few cycles to work out the kinks, but noticed the sound persisted. After contacting Geek Squad, they offered to send someone out but made us wait 2.5 weeks for the appointment; only to CANCEL on us during our service window that day. They never contacted us to reschedule the appointment. So far, the service has been terrible, especially since we still have a defective washer and dryer due to the poor installation.

POOR QUALITY!

THE DAY THAT I PURCHASED IT FROM BEST BUY IN STORE, I WAS TOLD THAT IT'LL BE DELIVERED BY BEST BUY & NOT A 3RD PARTY DELIVERY COMPANY, WHICH IT TURNED OUT THAT'S WHO DELIVERED IT. I ASKED THE DELIVERY GUY'S NOT TO BRING IT IN IF THE GAS LINE ISN'T LONG ENOUGH, BUT THEY BROUGHT IT IN ANYWAY; THAT'S WHEN I SAW THE BACK OF THE DRYER COMPLETELY DAMAGED. I WENT BACK 2 BEST BUY STORE 2 THE VENTED SYSTEM/GAS LINE/SET UP RETURN PICK UP & REFUND WITH THE MANAGER (SINCE APPLIANCE MANAGER WAS ON VACATION AT THAT TIME.)! THE SOONEST IT COULD BE PICKED UP WAS WEDNESDAY (3/24/2021) BETWEEN 12:00-8:00 PM, BUT IT END UP BEING PICKED UP EARLY ON THAT DAY AROUND 11:05 AM INSTEAD.

If I call and tell you there is a heating problem why would you not send a technician out with parts to fix common heating failure issues. The fact that I have to miss 1 day of work for you guy to come out for an assessment, and miss another day for him to come back out once the parts have been ordered is ridiculous. And if those parts don’t work that’s another of missed work for me so he can try a third time.
